The Ballroom - Capacity: 300 seated

Media and Benefits: 60” HDTV, Projector and 120” projection screen, DVD Player, Surround Sound System with two wireless microphones, and Wireless Internet.

The Ballroom is a dazzling display of both outdoor and indoor beauty. Regal and welcoming, it features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the majestic harbor and Clear Lake. A cathedral, beveled ceiling adds to the elegant ambiance while the walls are encapsulated by rich wood accents. Soft lighting is intermittently placed throughout the room, and the blinds can be drawn for both intimacy and privacy.

The Chart Room

Capacity: 48 seated
Media and Benefits: Wireless Internet

Warm, understated and adjacent to the dining room, the semi-private Chart Room offers a beautiful view of the pool, harbor and Clear Lake. With softly lit display shelves of model ships and nautical history, the Chart Room is the perfect place for networking and business, or intimate social gatherings.

The Harbor Room

Capacity: 48 seated
Media and Benefits: Wireless Internet

Warm, understated and adjacent to the Chart room (including adjoining doors that can be opened up to accommodate up to 80 guests, the semi-private Harbor Room offers a beautiful view of the inner harbor and Clear Lake. With softly lit display shelves of model ships and nautical history, the Chart Room is the perfect place for networking and business, or intimate social gatherings.

The Commodore's Room

Capacity: 30 seated
Media and Benefits: Wireless Internet; 42” HDTV, DVD Player, Surround Sound System, iPod docking station.

Located on the second floor of the Club House, the Commodore’s Room is always hosting an array of events from committee meetings, business mixers and client dinners to showers and other social gatherings. This spectacular room offers beauty in every direction. The outdoor balcony provides unparalleled views of Clear Lake.
